First Job >Interview Skills

Before Interview
  1. If your first language is not English, it is important to get familiar with the words that you need in answering the questions. But do not try to memorize the whole sentence!
  2. Prepare a list of questions that you think the interviewer will ask you based on your resume or any other questions based on your own anticipation.
  3. Prepare the answer for each question and review your answer for a couple of times. Remember, do not predict what the interviewer like to hear, because there is no right or wrong in the answer, just be you.
  4. When preparing for answers, put in examples. You will need examples to prove your point.
  5. Organize mock interviews with your friends and let them be the interviewer and pretend you are in a real interview. Ask for feedback. Remember, interview skills are all about experience, the more interview experience you get, the better you are at interviews. So try to get more practices.
